More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows Gingerbread Latte Medium Plush 11″ – Limited Edition Rare
This rare limited edition Gingerbread Latte Squishmallows stands out for its exclusivity, making it ideal for serious collectors or fans seeking a unique holiday piece. Compared to the more widely available holiday sets like the Micromallows 4-Pack, this plush offers a one-of-a-kind item that adds value through rarity, but the single-piece availability limits its practicality for gifting or play. Its soft, plush fabric ensures a cuddly feel, perfect for display or special gifting, though the absence of additional features or details means it’s primarily a collector’s item. The lack of multiple pieces or interactive elements means it’s less versatile for everyday play or large holiday decorations.
Pros:- Unique, one-of-a-kind limited edition design
- Soft, cuddly texture perfect for display or gifting
- A great addition to any dedicated Squishmallows collection
Cons:- Limited to a single piece, making it hard to find again
- Lacks additional features or decorative details
Best for: Dedicated Squishmallows collectors or fans who want a truly exclusive holiday piece
Not ideal for: Casual buyers or children seeking larger, more interactive plush toys because of its limited availability and fragile collectible nature
- Size:11 inches
- Edition:Limited Edition
- Availability:Rare, only 1 piece
Our verdict“This plush is best suited for collectors who value rarity over versatility or quantity.”
Squishmallows Micromallows 4-Pack Holiday Wreath
This 4-pack of Micromallows featuring holiday characters like Falala the Fawn and Guri the Gnome offers a cute, compact way to add festive cheer to your space. Compared with the larger 12-inch Christmas Special Edition plush like Galci the Raccoon, these tiny plushes are more versatile for decorating small spaces, stocking stuffers, or holiday gift bags. Their small size makes them less suitable for cuddling or as main plush toys, but their collectible charm shines through in holiday displays. Since they only include four characters, they might feel limited for those wanting a broader set or more options for play.
Pros:- Cute, holiday-themed characters
- Small, easy to display or gift
- Official Squishmallows quality and authenticity
Cons:- Limited size may not appeal for cuddling or play
- Only four characters, limiting variety
Best for: Holiday decorators or gift givers seeking tiny, adorable plushes that brighten up small spaces or stockings
Not ideal for: Children looking for larger plush toys for cuddling or kids wanting a broad collection, as these are tiny and mainly decorative
- Size:2.5 inches
- Quantity:4-pack
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This set is perfect for adding festive touches or small gifts, especially for holiday decor enthusiasts.”
Squishmallows 12-Inch Christmas Holiday Special Edition Plush – Galci the Raccoon
This 12-inch festive plush featuring Galci the Raccoon dressed in a puffer jacket delivers a charming holiday vibe, making it ideal for cuddling, collecting, or holiday decor. Compared with smaller Micromallows sets, this plush offers more size and cuddly comfort, appealing to children and collectors alike. Its limited edition status enhances its appeal for seasonal gifting, though availability is restricted to the holiday season, and it features only one character. The soft, high-quality craftsmanship ensures it’s a cozy companion, but its seasonal nature may limit year-round use for some buyers.
Pros:- Adorable festive design for holiday gifting
- Ideal size for cuddling and display
- Limited edition adds collectible value
Cons:- Limited availability due to seasonal release
- Only one character and size available
Best for: Families or collectors wanting a seasonal, cuddly plush that doubles as holiday decor
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking a larger or multi-character plush for everyday use, since this is only a single festive figure
- Size:12 inches
- Character:Galci the Raccoon
- Edition:Holiday 2025 Special Edition
Our verdict“This plush makes a delightful holiday gift for those who appreciate seasonal collectibles and cuddly plushies.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday Micromallows Plush Bouquet
This plush bouquet features three Micromallows characters—Laurel the Christmas Tree, Zumir the Peppermint Moose, and Brooke the Polar Bear—making it a charming, festive display piece. Compared with larger plush options like Galci the Raccoon, this set’s main advantage is its versatility in display and gifting, thanks to detachable plush characters that can be placed around a space or given individually. Its small size limits it for cuddling, but the colorful, holiday-themed characters make it a fun, decorative choice. The limited number of characters might feel restrictive for those seeking broader variety or more substantial plush toys.
Pros:- Cute holiday-themed characters
- Detachable plush for display or play
- Official Squishmallows authenticity
Cons:- Limited to small size, less cuddly
- Only three characters, limiting variety
Best for: Holiday decorators or gift givers looking for small, festive plush sets that can be displayed or gifted in parts
Not ideal for: Those wanting larger plush toys for cuddling or a more extensive collection, as this is mainly decorative and small
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:3 Micromallows
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This plush bouquet is a versatile and festive option for holiday decor or small gift sets.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log with Holly – Holiday Plush
This 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log Squishmallow offers a soft, festive companion with a charming holiday-themed design, perfect for gifting or cuddling. Compared to larger options like the 12-inch Galci, this smaller plush is more portable and easier for children to carry around, yet still provides the plush softness and holiday spirit. Its limited size and seasonal availability mean it’s primarily a Christmas-time gift or decor piece, not suitable for those seeking year-round plush toys. The character’s unique design and bio add a personal touch that appeals to collectors and gift givers alike.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Festive, unique character design
- Ideal for gifting or holiday display
Cons:- Limited to holiday use only
- Only available in one size (8 inches)
Best for: Parents or gift givers seeking a cute, festive plush that’s easy for children to carry and enjoy during the holidays
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger, more cuddly plush toys or year-round decor, as this is specifically holiday-themed and small in size
- Size:8 inches
- Character:Fleur the Yule Log
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This plush suits holiday gift-giving or seasonal cuddling for children and collectors who prefer smaller sizes.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This festive 4-pack stands out for offering a variety of holiday-themed characters like Ingred the Purple Cow and Omar the Santa Bear, making it ideal for holiday gifting or building a themed collection. Compared with the single-character options, this pack provides more variety at a better value, though its small size may not satisfy those seeking larger plush toys. The plush material is ultrasoft, ensuring cuddly comfort, but the holiday-only theme limits year-round display potential. Official Jazwares product guarantees quality, and the inclusion of four distinct characters makes it appealing for multiple recipients, especially families looking for versatile holiday gifts.
Pros:- Soft ultrasoft plush material for cuddling
- Includes four distinct holiday-themed characters
- Official Jazwares product ensures quality
- Great value for a multi-character set
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters, not suitable for year-round display
- Small size may not appeal to collectors seeking larger plush toys
Best for: Families or collectors wanting a variety of festive plushies to gift or add to their holiday displays
Not ideal for: Those seeking larger plush or year-round characters, as the small size and seasonal theme may feel limiting
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, Luna
Our verdict“This set is perfect for holiday gift-giving and festive collection building, especially for families or seasonal fans.”
Squishmallows 2022 Xmas Cam The Cat 5”
This 5-inch plush offers a cozy, marshmallow-like texture, making it perfect for children or adults who want a portable, cuddly companion. Compared with larger plushes like the 12-inch Blue Penguin, Cam The Cat is more convenient for travel or small-space display, but its limited size might disappoint collectors looking for more substantial plush toys. Made from soft polyester fiber, it remains plush and durable, though frequent handling could cause wear over time. Its Christmas theme makes it a charming seasonal collectible, especially for those who want a holiday token to carry around.
Pros:- Super soft and cuddly design
- Compact size for portability
- Themed for Christmas 2022
- Made from cozy polyester fiber
Cons:- Limited size might not satisfy those seeking larger plushies
- Potential for wear with frequent handling
Best for: Individuals wanting a cute, portable plush for travel, stocking stuffers, or holiday-themed collectibles
Not ideal for: Collectors seeking larger, more durable plush toys intended for display or cuddling over extended periods
- Size:5 inches
- Material:Polyester fiber
- Theme:Christmas 2022
Our verdict“Ideal for holiday travelers and kids needing a small, cuddly companion during the season.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This holiday 4-pack shines for including a mix of characters like Tinsley the Peppermint Latte and Clayton the Blue Cow, making it a versatile set for those who appreciate themed collectibles. Compared with the smaller Cam The Cat, this pack offers more character diversity, which is ideal for building a holiday-themed ensemble. Crafted with ultrasoft, high-quality plush, it provides lasting cuddly comfort, but the exclusivity to Amazon and typical size limitations may restrict appeal to serious collectors. Fans of the brand will find this set a delightful addition, especially for gifting or display during the season.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Includes four distinct characters for variety
- Official licensed product from Jazwares
- Perfect for holiday gifting or collection
Cons:- Limited to fans of the brand or plush collectibles
- No specific size details provided, which may concern some buyers
Best for: Dedicated Squishmallows fans and collectors seeking a curated holiday set with variety
Not ideal for: Casual buyers or those seeking larger plush toys for display or frequent cuddling, as the size and theme are seasonal
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Maritza, Stevon, Clayton, Tinsley
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“A well-rounded holiday set for collectors wanting a mix of characters and festive charm.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar offers a fun, festive countdown with 24 mini Squishmallows, including popular characters like Benny the Bigfoot and Cam the Cat. Compared with larger plush options, the Micromallows are small (2.5 inches), making them ideal for collectors or kids who enjoy daily surprises during December. The size limits display versatility, but it might disappoint those wanting plush toys suitable for cuddling or display. The official product’s authenticity adds value for dedicated fans, and the themed collection makes it a unique holiday decoration or gift idea.
Pros:- Includes 24 miniature plush toys for countdown fun
- Features popular characters like Benny and Cam
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Adds a festive element to holiday traditions
Cons:- Limited to small size, less suitable for cuddling or display
- Seasonal theme restricts year-round use
Best for: Holiday enthusiasts and collectors who enjoy daily surprises or small plush collectibles during Christmas season
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking large plush for cuddling or display, as the tiny size reduces their practicality for everyday use
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“Perfect for holiday countdowns and miniature plush collectors, but less ideal for cuddly display or play.”
Squishmallows Christmas Holiday 12-Inch Blue Penguin Plush
This 12-inch plush balances size and softness, making it suitable for holiday decor or cuddles. Its festive blue penguin wearing a wreath and hat offers a charming seasonal vibe, comparable to the smaller Cam The Cat but with more presence for display. However, its limited seasonal appeal means it might not fit into year-round collections, and some buyers might find the size too small for larger cuddles. Constructed from high-quality plush, it provides comfort and durability, making it a versatile holiday accent for home decor or gift giving.
Pros:- Festive design with wreath and hat
- Soft, plush material suitable for cuddling
- Perfect size for display or hugging
- High-quality construction
Cons:- Limited to holiday season use
- May be too small for some collectors seeking larger plushies
Best for: Those looking for a festive plush to serve as holiday decoration or a cuddly gift for children or collectors
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting large, year-round plush or plushes primarily for cuddling, as this is more seasonal and medium-sized
Our verdict“A charming medium-sized plush that adds holiday cheer and cozy moments during the season.”
Squishmallows Original 2024 Christmas 4-Inch Holiday Mystery Capsules
This set shines as a fun, budget-friendly way to add a little mystery to holiday gifting, especially for younger fans. Its small size and festive design make it perfect for stocking stuffers, but the random color choice may disappoint if you have a specific preference. Unlike larger collectibles like the Hedda the Milk for Santa, these capsules are more about surprise and variety. The soft, squishy texture ensures a comforting feel, yet the limited size means it might not satisfy those wanting a more substantial plush. Overall, this pick makes the most sense for gift-givers seeking a cute, inexpensive holiday surprise for kids or casual collectors.
Pros:- Festive, holiday-themed design
- Soft, squishy texture enhances playfulness
- Officially licensed Squishmallows product
Cons:- Random color may not match recipient preferences
- Limited to one small plush per capsule, reducing value for multiple gifts
Best for: Parents or gift-givers seeking a fun, inexpensive stocking stuffer for children who love surprises.
Not ideal for: Collectors or fans wanting a specific character or larger plush, as the random color limits customization.
- Size:4 inches
- Theme:Christmas / Holiday
- Includes:One mystery plush capsule
Our verdict“Best suited for holiday gifting where surprise and affordability matter most.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar offers a delightful way for fans to count down to Christmas with 24 tiny Micromallows, making it ideal for dedicated collectors or families who enjoy daily surprises. Compared to the larger Hedda the Milk for Santa, these smaller plushes are more about ongoing interaction and daily excitement rather than a single keepsake. The compact size makes it easy to display or gift, but the focus on holiday characters means it might feel limited for those wanting a broader variety. The official quality and authenticity are clear strengths, but the small size could disappoint those seeking plush toys suitable for cuddling or play. Overall, this calendar is perfect for those wanting a festive daily ritual.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed Micromallows
- Encourages daily holiday engagement
- Compact, easy to display or gift
Cons:- Limited to holiday characters only
- Small size may not appeal to those wanting larger plush toys
Best for: Families looking for an engaging holiday countdown experience or collectors who enjoy daily plush surprises.
Not ideal for: Individuals seeking larger plush toys for cuddling or those who prefer non-holiday characters.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“Ideal for families seeking a fun, daily festive activity during the holiday season.”
Squishmallows 12in Hedda the Milk for Santa Plush
This 12-inch Hedda plush stands out for its high-quality, ultrasoft material that offers a premium feel, making it a favorite for serious collectors and fans of the holiday theme. Its size makes it more substantial than the Micromallows but less bulky than larger holiday plushes, offering a nice balance for display or cuddling. Unlike the mystery capsules, Hedda provides a specific character, making it ideal for those wanting a recognizable holiday figure. However, this focus on a single character may limit appeal for casual buyers or those looking for a broader collection. The plush’s soft material and detailed design justify its higher price point, yet its limited character scope might not satisfy those seeking variety.
Pros:- High-quality ultrasoft plush material
- Official licensed Squishmallows product
- Unique character with a festive theme
Cons:- Limited to fans of Hedda or Santa-themed plushes
- Medium size may not suit all preferences
Best for: Dedicated collectors or fans who want a high-quality, holiday-themed plush with a specific character focus.
Not ideal for: Casual buyers or children who prefer larger or more interactive plush toys, due to its medium size and specific character.
- Size:12 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Character:Hedda the Milk for Santa
- Brand:Jazwares
Our verdict“Best for collectors seeking a well-crafted, holiday-specific plush with a premium feel.”
Squishmallows Original Paw Patrol 10in Holiday Marshall HugMees Plush
This 10-inch HugMees plush from Squishmallows captures the playful spirit of Marshall with extended arms designed for hugging, making it a standout for fans of Paw Patrol or those who enjoy plush toys with a functional design. Its size is perfect for cuddling and display, and the official license by Paramount adds to its collectible appeal. Compared to Hedda, this plush emphasizes interaction and fun, but its limited character choice may restrict appeal to only those familiar with or fond of Marshall. The plush’s softness makes it ideal for hugging, yet it may be too delicate for rough handling or for collectors seeking durability. Overall, this pick is best for children or fans who want a plush with a purpose—hugging and play.
Pros:- Soft, cuddly plush material
- Extended arms for hugging
- Officially licensed Paw Patrol product
Cons:- Limited to fans of Paw Patrol and Marshall
- Only available in one size, 10 inches
Best for: Parents or kids who love Paw Patrol and want a plush toy that doubles as a hugging companion.
Not ideal for: Adult collectors or those seeking a non-character-specific plush, as it centers on a single character and playful design.
- Size:10 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Official License:Yes
- Character:Marshall
Our verdict“Ideal for children or collectors who value a soft, hug-ready plush that features their favorite character.”

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
Choosing the right squishmallows holiday plush involves more than just picking the cutest. Consider how the size impacts usability—smaller options are more portable, while larger plushes provide more huggability. Think about whether you want a limited-edition piece for collection or a set for gifting. Price can vary based on rarity and size, so set a budget beforehand. Also, consider if the plush has interactive features like advent calendars or mystery capsules, which can add to the holiday fun. Lastly, keep an eye on authenticity and official licensing to avoid fakes, especially with exclusive releases.Size and Portability
Size influences how you or your recipients will enjoy the plush. Larger sizes, like the 12-inch characters, are perfect for hugging and display but can be bulky to store or gift. Smaller options, such as Micromallows or capsules, are easier to carry around or fit into stockings. Consider who the gift is for—kids might prefer the big, squeezable plushes, while collectors or adults might appreciate smaller, collectible editions. Balancing size with use cases ensures the plush will be appreciated long-term.
Limited Editions and Rarity
Limited-edition squishmallows, like the Gingerbread Latte or special holiday characters, tend to be more sought after and can increase in value over time. However, their scarcity often means a higher price and less availability. If collecting or gifting a unique piece is your goal, prioritize these, but be prepared for potential price premiums. Conversely, more readily available sets and capsules provide a reliable, budget-friendly option that still captures holiday cheer.
Set Versatility and Gifting
Sets like the Micromallows 4-Pack or advent calendars offer a variety of characters, making them ideal for multiple recipients or creating a holiday-themed collection. They also tend to be more cost-effective per plush, providing greater value. However, if you prefer a single standout piece, focus on limited editions or larger plushes. Think about how each option fits into your gift strategy—sets for variety, individual plushes for a special keepsake.
Price and Budgeting
Pricing varies from affordable capsules to premium limited editions. Establish your budget early to avoid overspending, especially during the busy holiday season. Keep in mind that rare or large plushes usually command a higher price, so weigh the value of exclusivity or size against your budget. Discounted sets or off-season sales can also help stretch your dollars further without sacrificing quality.
Authenticity and Licensing
With popular characters and limited editions, counterfeit plushes can appear on secondary markets. Always buy from reputable sources—official retailers or well-known stores—to guarantee authenticity. Authentic squishmallows are made with quality materials and feature official branding, ensuring you get a durable, safe product. This is especially important for collectible items or gifts meant to last for years.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are squishmallows holiday editions worth investing in?
Holiday editions of squishmallows often feature exclusive designs and limited availability, making them appealing for collectors and fans. Their rarity can lead to increased value over time, especially if kept in good condition. However, whether they are worth the investment depends on your interest in collecting, gifting, or simply enjoying seasonal plushes. For dedicated fans, these plushes can become cherished keepsakes, but casual buyers might prefer more affordable, readily available options.
Which size of squishmallow is best for kids during the holidays?
For children, the 8-inch or 11-inch sizes tend to strike the right balance between portability and comfort. Larger plushes, like the 12-inch or bigger, are more cuddly but can be unwieldy for small hands or travel. Smaller sizes, such as capsules or Micromallows, are ideal for stocking stuffers or easy storage. Ultimately, choose a size based on the child’s age, preferences, and how they like to use their plush.
Should I buy a set or individual plush for holiday gifting?
Sets like the Micromallows 4-Pack or advent calendars offer variety, making them perfect for multiple recipients or as a themed gift. They generally provide better value per plush, especially for budget-conscious buyers. However, individual plushes, particularly limited editions, make for more personalized and memorable gifts. Consider your gifting goals—if you want to create a holiday collection, a set is ideal; for a special one-of-a-kind gift, choose a standout plush.
Are squishmallows suitable for outdoor holiday decorations?
While squishmallows are soft and durable, they are primarily designed as indoor plush toys. If you want to include them in outdoor decor, ensure they are protected from moisture and elements to prevent damage. Some larger or outdoor-specific plushes are made with weather-resistant materials, but most standard squishmallows are best kept inside. Using them as part of indoor holiday displays or in sheltered outdoor areas can add festive charm without risking damage.
When is the best time to buy holiday squishmallows?
The best time to purchase holiday squishmallows is during early to mid-season sales, or right after the holidays when stores clear out seasonal stock. Limited editions often sell out quickly, so acting early ensures you get your preferred plush before they become scarce. Off-season shopping, such as summer or early fall, can also yield discounts on holiday-themed plushes, allowing you to plan ahead for next year’s celebrations or early gifts.
Conclusion
For dedicated collectors or those seeking a standout piece, the Gingerbread Latte Medium Plush offers a rare, festive collectible that captures holiday spirit. Budget-conscious buyers should consider sets like the Micromallows 4-Pack for variety and affordability. First-time buyers or gift-givers might prefer the smaller capsules or advent calendars, which combine fun and value. If you’re after a plush that offers lasting quality and a premium feel, look toward limited editions and official releases. Ultimately, your choice depends on your goals—whether it’s collecting, gifting, or enjoying seasonal decor—there’s a squishmallow perfect for every holiday wish.
